Lana Krasnyansky-Tsiperson President and CEO
Lana is a skilled mentor, leader, human resources professional with expertise in recruitment, compensation,
benefits design/administration, pension and retirement planning, policy and procedure creation/implementation,
employee relations, orientation and training, performance management and talent retention. Her knowledge also
stems through legal compliance, budgeting, reporting, payroll, staff supervision, and customer service.
Lana is an expert in trouble shooting and leading companies through employment laws, principals and
"best practices" gained through diversified experience at mid-size to large private, public, and non-profit
corporations, including start-ups. Lana has excellent managerial, organizational, communication,
interpersonal, assessment, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
She is a results driven, proactive, strategic, quality oriented, flexible, creative, persuasive business partner.
Lana managed the implementation of Human Resources Informational Systems, policies and procedures, and company wide communications.
Throughout her career, Lana has written handbooks, interviewing technique booklets, structured performance reviews, contracts, offer
letters, and severance agreements. Furthermore, her expertise can streamline a company’s HR department, create processes that work efficiently!
Lana received her BA from the University of Akron, she is an active member of SHRM, CSHRM, HRNY, as well as various Chambers of Commerce.
Michael Krasnyansky, Ph.D
For many years, Mr. Krasnyansky has been a teacher, strategic planner and mentor. He has founded, developed and sold companies profitably,
in turn, becoming an entrepreneur who goes through life creating businesses, nurturing people and managing effectively.
He enjoys multi-tasking, his startup and management expertise ranges from environmental companies to computer software ventures.
He is an expert in International Marketing and Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in the founding,
acquisition and sale of profitable companies, has been instrumental in providing turn around and financial expertise to companies worldwide.
Michael's know-how extends to Europe, especially Eastern Europe and China, South Korea, and the Middle East.
His outstanding and broad network of business relationships in the former Soviet Union Republics, Central and Eastern Europe in both
developed and underdeveloped countries, gives him a competitive edge in business negotiations and communication. Michael wrote of over
20 articles, patents, and books throughout his career. Experience working with Federal, State agencies: EPA, FDA, DOD.
Stanislav Tsiperson Vice President and COO
Stanislav Tsiperson has been a successful businessman for many years. He started his career at a young age by operating his own DJ Entertainment company.
Later on in life, while working on his BA in Corporate Management, Stanislav was put in charge of managing a sales office that specialized in
selling computer hardware products. Stanislav eventually changed the course of his career and went into finance. He has excelled as a top performer,
producer and leader over a four year period while working for one of the nation’s leading financial institutions. Since 2006, Stanislav has owned a
real estate and financial consulting firm, Tsiperson Investments, LLC, or simply known as TI, LLC. Furthermore, he owns a branch of First
Ohio Banc & Lending, and is the President of DBST Consulting, Inc. Stanislav’s experience in the many industries that he has been in, his
sales and managerial abilities, combined with his education, make him a valuable asset to KK&T Global Consulting, LLC. Mr. Tsiperson brings an
out of the box prospective, created specifically for every client’s needs, no matter how big or small. His creativity and knowledge of the
human psyche is extremely beneficial and in turn, consequently separates our firm from others in the industry.
